WebI have a problem with crunchyroll videos on win10 chrome. All episodes are stuttering slightly. It's not very obvious, but it's there. I even compared it side by side with an actual .mkv and saw the difference. It's like going from constant 24fps to around 16-18, especially in action scenes. WebIt's embarrasing, heck the Netflix app in Windows 10 has a better UI for PC that is both lightweight AND complete. It's not even UWP yet.
