WebAnyway, the Dying Earth rpg is not a bad reproduction of the Cudgel level stories, though I found the rules surprisingly clunky even appearing simple. A lighter touch is the way to go here, I think. The Rialto level campaign (the high powered arch-mages) is almost best handled diceless. I don't think the system really helps these characters.
