WebDec 14, 2024 · The jog works fine unless you have it in continuous mode. When you switch to continuous, the Y axis moves the same direction no matter which arrow you click. It always moves towards 0. And, it will not home the Y axis when in continuous mode. I have tried with 2 different computers and does the same thing with both. WebOct 9, 2024 · If the settings are the same as on the x-axis, your machine may have a different stepper motor on y than on x (400stepps/rev instead of 200stepps/rev). WebDec 30, 2024 · For the X/Y/Z axes, you can use M92 to change the axis steps per unit to a negative value, which causes it to move in the opposite direction. I.e. if normally your X axis has 160 steps per mm, using M92 X-160 will invert all of its movements. However, this is more of a hack than a real, intended solution.
